Where is my information stored?
Learnfolio stores the records you enter locally on your device. The developer does not receive your homeschool records.
How do I create a portfolio?
Open a student’s record, choose the information you want included, and use the portfolio preview and export options in the app.
How do I report a problem or request a feature?
Email thevieccovault@gmail.com with a short description. Please do not send screenshots containing private student information.

Information collection
Learnfolio does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with the developer or third parties. Information you enter—including student details, attendance, learning logs, reading records, curriculum, activities, field trips, work samples, notes, and photos—is stored locally on your device.
Photos and files
If you choose to add photos or files, Learnfolio accesses only the items you select so they can be attached to your records. These items are not uploaded to the developer.
Portfolio exports
Learnfolio can create portfolio documents from the records you select. Exporting or sharing a portfolio happens only when you choose to do so using options provided by your device.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Learnfolio does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
Data deletion
You can delete individual records within Learnfolio. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data, subject to any device backups you control.
Children’s privacy
Learnfolio is a recordkeeping tool for parents and guardians. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or transmit children’s information to the developer.
